The product is good, but the 110V power doesn’t work in Saudi Arabia.

I didn’t opt for the top-tier model, but as a fan of Shark vacuums, I decided to try the self-cleaning vac mop to see how I’d like a robot vacuum. All I can say is WOW! We have two dogs that shed, four cats, a cockatoo, plus my husband and kids.
The first photo shows a random run, the second is after it returned to the dock to empty and then resumed cleaning, and the third captures a whole house run covering four rooms, a bathroom, and a hallway. The last image is from cleaning just one room with the mop feature—it truly amazed me, especially since that room isn’t frequently used and had been mopped just a couple of days prior.
Using a broom or a cordless stick vacuum (not a Shark, I know, but I’ll be replacing it soon with a Shark version), it felt like I could create a toupee every day! This robot vacuum picked up enough fur for three toupees in one go! I ran it on normal mode but might try matrix next time to see what else it discovers.
I love how it maps the rooms accurately, providing details on their sizes and the area cleaned. It’s impressive! The mop function also performed wonderfully—no streaks, quick drying, and no stickiness to worry about.
My next goal is to get the Shark robot vacuum with a wet/dry feature that automatically refills cleaning fluid. I’m astonished by how much dirt it finds and how spotless my floors look. While it can’t fit under some furniture, it does manage to get underneath enough to help with dust bunnies, especially if it can circle around the entire piece. I hope this reduces my dusting chores since the floors are so much cleaner now.
It’s surprisingly quiet during self-emptying and operates quietly while cleaning. I love that I can program it to sweep the entire house, and it does so daily at 3 a.m. without needing any prompts. It couldn’t be easier! It seems to enjoy working the night shift!
I’m not very tech-savvy, so it took me a couple of minutes to figure out the app, but once I did, setting it up was a breeze! Now I’m curious to see if it can hold 60 days’ worth of fur and dirt from this crew—I have faith in Shark!
If your home has two levels, you’ll need two vacuums. I have one room with a step down, but I just place it there, push clean, and off it goes. I’m impressed that my floors don’t look like they need sweeping just a few hours later. I don’t have carpet, but I do have a shag rug under the dog bowls that absorbs everything, and it navigates right over that! I plan to put down a similar rug by the front door, and I’m confident it will handle that too.
I’m very happy that “Rosy” loves to keep my floors clean!

I purchased the Shark 2 in 1 Mopping for C$750 on Amazon, and unfortunately, it has stopped working after just 1.5 years. I don’t believe it was worth the investment. Here are a few key issues to consider with this model:
The device has two separate installations: one for vacuuming and another for mopping. The vacuum collects dirt in the main base, while the mop collects dirt in its own compartment. This design leads to moisture build-up, causing clogs—something I experienced firsthand, which resulted in the device failing to recognize the mop installation.
The AI algorithm leaves much to be desired. I’ve encountered situations where it gets stuck in a loop, requiring me to restart it multiple times, especially in one of my rooms.
The warranty is a major concern. Shark only offers a 1-year warranty on a product that costs over $700, which suggests a lack of confidence in its durability. After the warranty period, any issues will require additional costs with no guarantee of resolution.
I’ve used this product carefully in my 500 sq ft home, but it has still ceased functioning. I would not recommend this product.

I’ve been using it for a year now and have no complaints. It’s a great robot that cleans effectively.
Has fragrance in the ingredients. Very misleading –
Absolutely adore it!

This vacuum/floor cleaner is fantastic and performs its job exceptionally well. However, the app is a major drawback. Constantly signing in is frustrating, and navigating through it is a hassle. I don’t need that level of organization in my life—appliances shouldn’t require apps! What’s next, an app for a push broom? I would have rated this 5 stars if the app were user-friendly, but it’s neither efficient nor practical.
On the positive side, the ‘non-tangle’ brush is impressive, and I appreciate how the machine shuts down if it encounters something that could cause damage, like the tack it picked up. I love that feature. The floor cleaning option works well, but since I dislike cleaning machines, I’ll probably stick to vacuuming. The dust bin is easy to empty, but dealing with the washing liquid in the cleaning component isn’t my idea of fun. Overall, it’s worth the investment for me, but I wish I had chosen the model that just vacuums to save some money.

We purchased this during the 2024 Black Friday sales event after previously owning a simpler “bump” style model from another brand, which we had grown tired of. We wanted to try a smarter vacuum with self-cleaning capabilities, so when we saw this on sale, we decided to give it a shot.
With three large dogs and two cats, all of whom are indoor pets, we needed something effective for our hardwood floors, as the rest of our home is carpeted. Since we’re still in the process of moving in, I haven’t had the chance to do a full mapping run yet due to boxes and items scattered around. For now, I’ve let the robot roam freely without mapping, and I hope to have everything organized by the end of the year.
So far, this little robot has impressed me with its performance on the hardwood floors, picking up far more than our previous vacuum. It’s fascinating to watch it dock, empty itself, and get back to work autonomously. One standout feature is its ability to clean the brush roller effectively. While it does leave some hair behind in hard-to-reach spots, it’s nothing unexpected, and removing the hair by hand is much easier than with our previous model.
The base station’s holding tank would likely last about 30 days in homes without pets or with just one small pet. However, with our five pets, it filled up within a few days of running 1-2 times daily. After about 6-8 days, it was quite full. While it could have run a bit longer, I opted to empty it for peace of mind.
One minor annoyance is that the tall foam filter in the base tends to dump out dirt when removed for cleaning. I learned this the hard way when I discovered a trail of fine dirt behind me as I walked to the front door. Now, I make sure to only remove it outside or over the trash, which means lifting the base and moving it, but I can live with this small inconvenience given how much work the robot does for me.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. There may be more expensive options out there, but this one meets our needs perfectly. I might update this review once I have the robot map the house and run fully automated cleaning sessions.
