  1. Christine S

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and as a pet owner with both a dog and a cat, I needed something to tackle all the fur. The setup was incredibly easy—just followed the app’s instructions, and it efficiently mapped out all my rooms. After mapping, I labeled each room, selected the flooring types, and blocked off areas I didn’t want it to clean. I couldn’t resist trying it out right away! It’s surprisingly quiet; I can take calls and join Zoom meetings without any disruption while it’s running nearby. The noisiest part is when it empties the dirt into the larger bin, but it does a fantastic job of cleaning out the dirt cup. I also appreciated the option to lower the voice settings through the app. I have it mop the tile floors weekly, and it leaves each tile surface thoroughly wet, ensuring nothing is missed. Plus, it washes and dries the mop heads, so there’s no smell. Accessing the clean and dirty water containers is straightforward as well. Overall, I have no complaints about this product. I still enjoy watching it in action and wish I had purchased one years ago. It’s an excellent product!

  2. Laura

I was thrilled to upgrade from my budget robot vacuum to this advanced model that self-empties, refills, and cleans. The setup was incredibly easy right out of the box, and I had it mapping my home in no time. I was genuinely impressed by how much smarter this vacuum is compared to my old one; it navigated under my dining table with six chairs without constantly bumping into the legs. However, my excitement quickly diminished.

One of the first things I noticed was the noticeable gap it leaves—about 2 inches—between itself and any walls, baseboards, or furniture. I have hardwood floors, and I really dislike that it doesn’t come with extending mop heads to reach the baseboards or my entertainment stand. I wish I had chosen a different model after realizing this.

Additionally, the style of brush it uses for vacuuming is subpar. I would rather deal with the occasional hair clump on a bristle brush than have to switch to remote control mode just to get it to pick up some black fuzz from my rug after it missed it twice on its own.

I purchased this vacuum on November 30, and here I am on December 17, requesting a refund. Initially, even though I wasn’t fully satisfied, I intended to keep it since I had used it several times and didn’t want the hassle of returning it. However, today, it forced my hand. I opened the app to clean my living room and kitchen and quickly realized something was off. The vacuum is supposed to adjust its height for different flooring types, but one of its wheels appears to be jammed or broken, stuck in the elevated position while the other is lowered. This has thrown everything off balance.

It struggled to leave the base and, when it finally did, it just wandered around making noise on full power without actually vacuuming anything. The mop heads were spinning, but there was no water trail. When I instructed it to return to the dock, it kept failing at positioning, spinning around in place and only making it 90% into the base before reversing and failing again repeatedly. I had to guide it back myself.

For EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS, this vacuum should perform much better. It only lasted TWO WEEKS in my 1100 sq ft ranch with no kids and just one cat. I’m baffled by how it could malfunction so soon. At least it broke down while I was still within the return window. This experience has burned my trust in Roborock, and I’m considering switching to the Dream L20 instead. Wish me luck!

  3. John

Where do I begin? I always hesitated to buy a cleaning robot. I previously had a budget model that worked decently, but it lacked many features since I live in a two-story house. It often had trouble finding its base, among other issues.

After extensive research, I can confidently say that this Roborock is fantastic. The app is user-friendly, and you hardly need to assemble anything. The vacuum connects effortlessly to Wi-Fi, and the mapping process is straightforward. I highly recommend it.

First off, it arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. As I mentioned, all I had to do was set up the base for the vacuum to dock, and that was it—no complicated assembly required. Just fill the clean water tank, and it comes with a dust bag already installed.

The app is intuitive; I was able to set up the robot and sync it to my Wi-Fi using the provided instructions. Once ready, you’ll need to let the robot charge before it maps out your floors (it can store up to four maps).

When it comes to mapping, it efficiently lifts everything off the floor to ensure a thorough clean and even opens doors to the rooms you want it to tackle. After the mapping is complete, you can easily divide areas in the app—like the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallways—place your furniture, set up invisible walls, and more.

I suggest running the vacuum once or twice before using the mopping feature. My floors are tricky; they can look dull if not mopped correctly. I had to test the mopping option a couple of times and adjusted the water level to a very low setting for optimal results.

While it doesn’t replace deep cleaning, it keeps everything very (yes, very) clean, though it might miss some corners. For stains on the floor, a damp cloth can help before you mop. Also, don’t forget to clean the invisible walls and restricted areas.

You can schedule cleanings (what a delight!), choose vacuuming only, mopping only, or both, and set it to different modes like AI, full house, room-by-room, or specific zones. You can also adjust the suction power and mop dampness, and select from fast, normal, deep, or very deep cleaning.

We’re even considering purchasing another Roborock because it performs exceptionally well! Once you have one, you honestly won’t regret it. It’s a significant investment, but it’s worth every penny. There’s nothing better than waking up to a clean home.

  4. Irving GD

I was initially skeptical, but once it arrived, it truly cleaned the entire house.

  5. Viral patel

The build quality and features of this product are impressive. There’s no need to constantly check the water level or clean the mop, as it does everything automatically. You can easily schedule cleaning for specific times and areas with just a touch. It’s much quieter than other models, and thanks to its lidar vision, it detects obstacles instead of crashing into them like my old Neato, which I affectionately called Thumper. This allows me to set cleaning sessions during the night without any hassle. The navigation is outstanding, providing accurate mapping while avoiding chair legs and baseboards. The app is user-friendly and offers great flexibility for room or spot cleaning as needed. I’m extremely satisfied with this vac mop! One thing to note is that the base unit does take up quite a bit of space, so be sure to check the measurements and have a proper spot for it. The suction power is excellent, and both the vacuum and base are robust and well-constructed, with no flimsy plastic parts that could break or get lost.

I just received the Roborock Qrevo S and completed my first run with it. It’s impressively quiet and efficient. The unboxing was mostly straightforward, but connecting the station to the power source was a bit tricky. You need to manage the wire according to the pattern on the back to create a loop; otherwise, inserting the plug can be difficult.

The robot came with about 40% battery, and once connected, it immediately began scanning the room and mapping the entire floor. The route planning is quite user-friendly, dividing the home into rectangular areas, starting with the perimeter and then cleaning in a zig-zag pattern. It vacuums when it detects carpet and switches to mopping on hardwood and tile floors. After around 20 minutes, it returns to the clean station to wash the mop before continuing its work.

  7. Irving GD

This vacuum is excellent and intelligent; you can control everything through the app. Of course, it’s limited without a extendable brush and mop or a camera, but that would double the price, and I got it at a great deal. The downside is that Roborock doesn’t sell the cleaning liquid directly, allowing third-party sellers to charge a lot for it, so I prefer to wait patiently. I use distilled water in the tank since the water in Mexico is quite mineral-rich, and I don’t want to damage the vacuum.

If you decide to buy it, be careful—take a screenshot of the price because they may charge you again for taxes and shipping at checkout. I spoke with Amazon’s customer service, and they confirmed the reimbursement, which did happen, but if you’re not alert, you know what they say… a shrimp that sleeps gets eaten!

  8. AF7UM

I’ve had my fair share of robot vacuums, starting with an early Roomba, then moving on to more advanced Roombas, and two Neato D6 models, before finally trying out this Roborock. Each vacuum has been an upgrade with new features, but this Roborock truly stands out in terms of functionality, ease of use, intelligence, and its mopping capability.

It’s significantly quieter than my previous vacuums. Thanks to its lidar technology and obstacle detection, it navigates without bumping into furniture like my old Neato (which I affectionately named “Thumper”). This allows me to schedule cleanings at night without disturbance. The navigation is exceptional, efficiently mapping my home and avoiding chair legs and baseboards.

The app is user-friendly and offers great flexibility for room-specific or spot cleaning. I’m absolutely thrilled with this vacuum mop!

One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the base unit requires a decent amount of space. Be sure to check the measurements to find an appropriate spot for it. The suction power is impressive, and both the vacuum and base feel sturdy and well-constructed—no cheap plastic parts to worry about.

  9. Ricardo

We previously had a Roborock robot that we mainly used for vacuuming, and it was already great. We decided to upgrade to this model that does almost everything. It cleans exceptionally well and handles our daily household needs effortlessly. The battery life is good, it’s smart, and the app is user-friendly. This robot operates on 110 volts, so we had to make some adjustments since our area uses 220 volts, but it works perfectly. Compared to our previous robot (S5 Max), the Qrevo S is significantly quieter. Even though it operates almost entirely on its own, it still requires periodic cleaning to ensure optimal performance. While it is on the pricier side, it’s very functional, stylish, and sturdy. We’re really pleased with it.
