I can’t believe I waited so long to buy this! I have a cat and a dog that shed a lot, and I was constantly sweeping three times a day, yet it felt like I was only moving around dust and fur. THIS HAS SOLVED THE PROBLEM. The vacuum is super easy to use and connect to my phone and home Wi-Fi. It does an excellent job of picking up hair, dust, and small debris (it doesn’t pick up larger items). If I forget to turn it on before leaving the house, I can easily activate it from my phone. I usually leave it running for about an hour, which is more than enough.
It operates quietly (very tolerable) and is easy to clean; it has a compartment for dust and debris that empties effortlessly. The drop sensors work well (though I haven’t tested them extensively). I haven’t connected it to Alexa, but honestly, the app on my phone is sufficient. I can start or stop it even when I’m away. This purchase truly has been worth every penny!

After reading numerous reviews and watching several videos, I decided on this highly rated vacuum due to its affordable price. It effectively picks up a wide range of debris, although it sometimes leaves behind certain tufts of dog hair—likely because the hair tends to float away as the vacuum moves. It works quickly and operates relatively quietly, except when it empties, which is quite loud. In terms of object avoidance, it can get tangled in phone cords and often tips over my dog’s food and water bowls, so we always ensure those are off the floor before using it. I’m not sure if this is common for robot vacuums, but overall, I’m quite satisfied with my purchase.

I bought the Eufy about five months ago, and it has truly surpassed my expectations. As my first RoboVac, I don’t have anything to compare it to, but I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. I’m relieved I didn’t invest in a more expensive model, as this one works wonderfully for me. Living in a one-bedroom apartment with hardwood and tile floors, the Eufy has enough battery life to clean the entire space in one go. I’m consistently amazed at how much dirt it collects, even when the floors appear clean. My home’s air quality has noticeably improved.
I have an area rug in the dining room, and in the past five months, the Eufy has only gotten stuck on the carpet edge three times. It struggles with fringes, like most vacuums do. My bed skirts are 1.25 inches off the floor, and the Eufy easily slides under to clean beneath the beds and couches! It’s incredibly simple to empty and maintain the filters. After five months of weekly use, the brushes are still in excellent condition, and I expect they’ll last at least a year.
I have a cat, and the Eufy effectively picks up large amounts of cat hair. Its ability to go under furniture is a significant upgrade over a traditional canister or push vacuum—I still smile every time I use it. I’ve only needed to use my other vacuums once in the last five months for a major rice crispie spill, as the Eufy has handled all my cleaning needs. It operates well in auto-mode but requires manual intervention to switch between area and edge cleaning. While it can be programmed to clean while I’m away, I find it works best with supervision. However, it operates independently enough for me to focus on other tasks, even watching TV, since it’s much quieter than I anticipated.
Overall, I’m extremely pleased with this product. No more sweeping! My floors and air are cleaner than ever, and I’m spending only a fraction of the time to achieve better results. Woohoo!

This robot vacuum is truly impressive for its price; it cleans exceptionally well. Its suction power surpasses that of similarly priced iRobot models. It features a scheduling option to turn on automatically and is remarkably smart, despite having basic technology (it doesn’t fall, doesn’t hit obstacles hard, and rarely gets stuck). While it may not be fully intelligent and could benefit from manual guidance with the remote, this vacuum offers unbeatable value for its price. It effectively does its job and does so quite efficiently. It picks up all types of debris, pet hair, and even managed to collect a broken plate that I dropped. An outstanding product that I would highly recommend. The only extra feature that doesn’t add much are the magnetic strips; while they serve as a digital barrier, it’s not advisable to use them too frequently.

This product is fantastic! We have two super-shedding dogs that blow their coats in the spring, and running this every 12 hours has significantly reduced the fur tumbleweeds in our home. We used to struggle to keep up with the fur, but that’s no longer an issue. The hair cutter works exceptionally well—there’s never any hair or fur wrapped around the bristles; I just need to clean the very ends about once a week.
There are a couple of downsides, though. On max power, the battery drains more than 1% per minute, so if you have a larger house, you’ll need to lower the power or recharge it between rooms. The dustbin filter is a bit small, requiring more frequent cleaning, and the dust bags in the base aren’t very large—we nearly filled one in a week during our dogs’ spring shedding, as opposed to the advertised 60 days. Additionally, the base is quite loud, similar to an industrial shop vacuum when emptying the robot.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I still give it 5 stars. It cleans up dog fur exceptionally well, and the app functions smoothly. It skillfully avoids obstacles, and even on the second-highest suction setting, it performs just as effectively while finishing with 50% battery left, especially since we have a lot of hard floors. The self-emptying feature works great, albeit a bit loudly, and the hair cutter is excellent. It goes at least a week without needing any intervention, and spending just 10 minutes cleaning the robot weekly for all those hours of vacuuming is a fantastic trade-off.
I’ll definitely be considering the Eufy X10 Omni for a mopping robot in the near future!

If you’re tired of dealing with dusty corners behind plants, dog beds, and furniture while wrestling with a heavy, noisy vacuum, then you need to try this fantastic little machine! Vacuuming has never been this enjoyable!
I decided to buy the Eufy 11S after extensive research and great communication with Eufy’s responsive team. It took just two minutes to unbox, set up the brushes, and put it on the charger. After letting it charge overnight, I pressed the “perimeter button,” and it took off! I moved items like baskets and dog crates out of the way while it efficiently cleaned areas I hadn’t reached in ages. My smaller dog hid in another room during its first run, while my other dog curiously followed it around. I let it do two perimeter runs to ensure a thorough clean. Then, I switched to “automatic,” and as it worked its way around, I replaced items along the walls. It was so easy!
While I don’t need to clear everything each time, I often find myself moving things around, especially after 36 years of accumulation. If the phone rings, I don’t need to turn off the vacuum; it’s as quiet as a desk fan, allowing me to chat or listen to the news without interruption.
My 2000 sq ft cape home has a mix of medium height carpeting, tile, hardwood, and brick, and the Eufy handles it all! Although the corner brushes scatter some birdseed, it eventually picks it all up after multiple passes in “auto” mode. The amount of pet hair and fine dust it collects is impressive, especially since I have allergies—this has been a real blessing!
I regularly clean the brush roller and dust bin, usually after every full vacuuming. The dust bin empties easily without creating a mess, and I can quickly clean the filter. Removing hair from the brush roller takes just a few minutes, and it’s much simpler than maintaining a bulky vacuum. It’s lightweight enough to place on the kitchen counter for cleaning, and once I’m done, I can send it back to its base with ease.
As I’m retired and often home, I haven’t fully utilized the Wi-Fi function yet, aside from the initial setup, which was simple.
Because Eufy is quiet and convenient, I find myself vacuuming high-traffic areas much more frequently than I would with my heavy conventional vacuums. While traditional vacuums may have stronger suction, the Eufy’s regular usage keeps our rugs looking cleaner—no more dirt and leaves ground into the carpet!
The magnetic strips included are handy for keeping Eufy out of my way while I cook, and I can easily guide it with a remote to clean specific areas. I’ve arranged chairs around the dining tables so Eufy can navigate around them without issues. It only got stuck once but quickly found its way back to the base with a little guidance.
I’ve even lent the 11S to a family member who struggles to find time for cleaning. I ended up purchasing the 30C for myself, which has extra suction for quicker birdseed cleanup. Both models perform excellently, and I highly recommend either! Plus, the digital display on the 11S remote is a nice touch to show the current mode.
Now, my dogs have grown accustomed to it, as you can see our poodle-mix yawning while Eufy vacuums around her bed.

I previously purchased a Deebot for our main floor, where we spend most of our time, and it worked wonderfully, connecting seamlessly with Google Home. However, we typically run it during the week since it can be quite noisy. Despite this, we appreciated the convenience of a robotic vacuum. We decided to try one for our lower level. After setting it up downstairs, I noticed it picked up dirt but struggled on the berber carpet, bouncing around a lot, which wasn’t a problem on our hardwood main floor.
We began searching for an alternative for downstairs, ideally one that could connect to Google Home within our budget. While iRobot products received excellent reviews for carpets, their prices were a concern. Other brands were mostly lesser-known, and I didn’t want to risk investing in an expensive vacuum without reliable customer support.
Eufy came to mind since we’ve had good experiences with their parent company, Anker. They consistently deliver quality products at reasonable prices, and their customer service has been impressive whenever we needed assistance. Eventually, I decided to purchase the RoboVac 30C, which had the features we were looking for.
I ordered it from Amazon on Thanksgiving alongside some other items. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn’t a Black Friday discount, but the price was still competitive compared to the heavily discounted Roomba models. It arrived quickly on Sunday via Amazon Prime, and we set it up immediately. The first thing we noticed was how quiet it was—significantly quieter than the Deebot. As hoped, it effectively picked up dirt from the carpet without bouncing around.
The magnetic strips also addressed a challenge we faced with the Deebot. We have chairs with unique bases that the vacuums tend to get stuck on, but the Eufy 30C’s strips prevent it from crossing those areas. We placed the strips around the chair bases, and it solved the hang-up issue.
Currently, the only downside is that the Eufy app doesn’t integrate well with Google Home, but we hope that gets resolved. Even so, the app functions well on its own, so I won’t reduce my rating for that.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this vacuum. It cleans efficiently and covers about 400 square feet on a single charge, navigating around furniture and other obstacles without issue.
Regarding customer service, Eufy reached out to me shortly after my purchase to ensure everything was going well. I shared my positive experience and mentioned my slight annoyance about the price difference with the Cyber Monday deal since it arrived on Sunday. A few days later, they thanked me for my feedback and refunded the price difference, which was a nice gesture.
As for noise levels, my husband accidentally scheduled the RoboVac 30C to run in the middle of the night instead of during the day. We didn’t realize it for over two weeks, and despite my sensitive hearing, I didn’t hear it at all. It’s been cleaning effectively—I’ve been emptying the dust bin regularly—something I definitely wouldn’t have done with the Deebot. So yes, it’s impressively quiet.

I purchased this device a few weeks ago and found the setup process to be straightforward, including downloading the app. My main issue was that I couldn’t locate the Alexa skill in the Canadian store, which was a significant reason for my purchase, making it quite disappointing, especially since it’s a key feature. Instead of returning it, I decided to contact their support team. Initially, they assured me that it should work in Canada, but within a day, they identified the problem – the Skill hadn’t been compiled with en-CA language settings, preventing it from appearing in the Canadian store. They kept me informed throughout the troubleshooting process, even discussing with me what settings engineers might want to consider to enhance the experience for Canadian users. They also involved me in testing the final solution once it went live. The highlights of my experience were: 1) they acknowledged my technical background and included me in the conversations without simplifying the details; 2) they communicated every step of the way; 3) throughout the entire process, they offered the option to return the device for a full refund, understanding that I wanted to use it without delays. Their customer support was exceptional, the kind I wish every company would provide! The entire resolution took just a couple of days, and now everything functions perfectly. You can truly tell they stand behind their product and are dedicated to ensuring a positive experience with the RoboVac. I hope they maintain this level of commitment as they grow, as my experience has been outstanding.

P.S. Since every robot vacuum deserves a name (or so my wife insists), we decided to call ours Sukhwinder because he sucks up dirt and winds around obstacles!
